West Footscray III

Built to the highest standards of airtightness and energy efficiency, this extension of a period weatherboard dwelling in the inner west has delivered a truly healthy home for the young family to grow and thrive in.  

We worked closely with Matt at Carland Constructions and Erin at Hè Hè Design to create a high performance home using low carbon concrete, well insulated walls, rooftop solar with battery storage, EV charging and beautiful finishes throughout.

The end result is an all-electric home with clean air, comfortable temperatures and low running costs.
